Know more about the Founder
When I look back, it feels like the threads of my journey were woven long before I realized their purpose. From studying law to discovering the timeless art of yoga, every step led me closer to my calling. As law stepped aside, yoga opened the door to a sacred journey within. I feel profoundly grateful to have learned and deepened my practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga under the guidance of incredible teachers.
Each lesson, whether during my Pilates training or during my certification as an Antenatal & Postnatal Coach, shaped my understanding of a woman's body. Over the years, I have built a course with a blend of yoga, pilates and meditation for mothers to be to move through the toughest moments of their pregnancy and recover core and pelvic floor strength postpartum.
My dream is to hold space for women during this sacred time so they can build a deeper relationship not only with the growing little one but also with themselves.

When I am not teaching, you will find me:
Coach | yogi | chai tea lover
Basking in nature, amid mountains or ocean whispers in a road less travelled by.
Beginning my mornings with yoga, meditation, and uplifting chants.
Immersing in wellness reads, uncovering stories of womanhood.
Running trails or swimming, chasing freedom in motion.
Induldging in hot chocolate or sipping my ginger tea.
Know more about the Co-founder
I believe the human body is incredibly intelligent, and pregnancy, birth, and postpartum reflect that. As a pelvic health specialist and licensed physical therapist, my mission is to help women unlock their body's full potential, honoring birth as a sacred process rather than something to fear. When we understand our bodies, we move with greater confidence, trust, and ease. True empowerment comes from reconnecting with our bodies in a natural, strong way.
With a Bachelor's and Master's in Physical Therapy from India, now practicing in New York, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding women through pregnancy and postpartum changes. This program educates and supports women in understanding their body's shifts—posture, pelvic floor adaptations, pain, incontinence, and core weakness. By learning to prevent or manage these challenges through movement, awareness, and evidence-based strategies, women can enter motherhood feeling prepared and resilient.
My goal is to make expert-led pelvic health education accessible, helping women embrace this transformative phase with strength and confidence."
